So full disclosure I am dyslexic so there will be mistakes throughout the blog but if you can see past this, we will be good friends, I have so much to share with you.

I will tell you all about my therapies what else I am learning. I will be discussing my perimenopause and how this affects me and also all about my love of cold-water therapy especially as we are heading into winter
